Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I need to get legal guardianship of my 14 year old grandson, are there papers I can file or do I have to have an attorney? I am working with little money and his mother has already given me temporary custody.

What exactly do you need guardianship for? If all you need is to enroll your grandson in school and take him to the doctor in non-emergency situations, you can use a power of attorney. If you need to control finances and do more complicated things, you should get a lawyer.
