Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Is it legal for a High Court in India to pass orders restraining marriage of a respondent on application moved for the purpose in marriage appeals when the status of the parties is restored to that of single on a lower matrimonial court granting divorce decree.Does it not offend the fundamental "Right to Life" specially in lieu of the SC of India making judgements on Live in Relationships based on the same "right to life",
