Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Is it legal without the notary seal?

I signed divorce paperwork in FL giving the ''wife'' full custody. She then sat on the paperwork for 7 months. I filed in GA, and she filed new paperwork in FL. The judge in FL has stated at the jurisdiction hearing that FL has jurisdiction because the ''wife'' has now filed the original paperwork. Eventhough I signed it, it was not notarized. I do not want my kids to move with her. Is there anything I can do?

Just what did you file in GA? Did you file in GA before she filed in FL? Does not appear so, if judge ruled FL has jurisdiction. Did you even bother to answer in the FL Court? Move the kids where? They are in FL right. If you want to be heard, get a lawyer and defend the FL case.
