Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
my legal obligations.
Me and my wife have been separated for a month now and she is 3 months pregnant. She threw me out when I caught her lying to me. Now she calls and leaves me nasty messages demanding money from me or she is going to take me to court. She lives rent free, and refuses to work or get counseling with me. I am currenty seeing a therapist. She also says she just wants to be friends and end our marriage. I'm confused about what my legal obligations are now?

You are still married! Nothing has changed legally. Your therapist may have some suggestions as to how to get her to some counseling. Get creative and let her pick someone.
So your legal obligations are the same as when you said "I do."
