What's the legal process to plead to a judge in Palm Beach County, FL to terminate my ex-husband's parental rights? My ex-husband has no contact with our son for the past 3 years, nor does he pay any court ordered child support. My son and I now live in Georgia, and my ex still lives in Florida. I want my son to have my last name. (My ex's driver's license is suspended, he no longer works legal jobs, and he no longer pays taxes due to the child support action against him. He said he will consent to a Termination of his Parental Rights. What is the process for this action, if this is even possible?)

If bio dad agrees to consent should not be a short process.
