Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What are my legal rights, to children, home, divorce, etc.

My brothers wife is doing all she can to make his life miserable, ie.. lying, stealing, hiding information, etc... She's pushing him, in hopes that he will leave the house, yet due to their financial situation, he cannot afford another home or apt. large enough for himself and the two boys (12 & 16), and leaving them with her is not an option. She starts fights with him, just trying to push him just a little further. She has intentionally failed to pay bills (her wages are currently being garnished for a bad debt), she lets insurance lapse, the phone has been disconnected, etc. He pays most of the bills, but he just can't pay all of them, or else she wouldn't be responsible for anything. There are no hopes of the marriage surviving, they don't even want to try any longer. Is there a way for him to force her to leave the home? If my sister and I were to hire an attorney for him, could this be done, and about how long would it take. She is physically, emotionally, and financially draining his income and his spirit. We're afraid he's going to drop into a depression that we won't be able to pull him out of. This has been going on for about 10 years now, and he really needs some help.

Yes, you can hire an attorney to represent your brother in getting a divorce. I am available to consult with him.
