Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

What are my legal rights regarding getting an uncontested divorce and

getting my wife to relinquish Title to my truck that I'm not sure is issued

and/or as names only signify a"a comma" between them?

You're entitled to divorce, and she can't stop the divorce part. Whether it's uncontested depends on whether your wife agrees to all the child issues, property issues, debt issues, and alimony issues in your case. Title on your truck doesn't matter if it was purchased after you got married because it's marital property. You'll either have to work out who gets it or ask the judge to decide.
