Legal Rights for an unwed father.

Seeking agressive Legal counsel for an unwed father . Would like some help finding someone in the PortCharlotte or Sarasota area who believes fathers have rights not just the mother! Hes being told by her that he has no rights to and to make it legal!

I am not located in Port Charlotte or Sarasota but I would like to give you some information regarding your issue. You must file a Paternity action. This would establish that you are the father and establish your rights to the child. If the child is to continue to reside with the mother than you would have to pay child support. You would also be entitled to visitation. This all gets addressed in your case. Good Luck
