Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

when are legal separations no longer valid

I was legally separated in july,01. we got back together several months later. bought a house in florida, wife and kids relocated there. now 3 years later, she wants to end the marriage. is our separation agreement still valid? what are my rights as a father with the kids, living in another state. I did agree to the move in the legal separation agreement, but not this time. do I have rights to change my mind?
