Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Legally my ex husband pays half of my daughters daycare. I'm opening a daycare. Can I chargemy husbandfor his half of daycare still? She is taking a spot in my daycare.

I suggest you go back to court and modify the child support. Child support is based on the amount both bio parents are making. It could be that your income will be substantially less as a business owner and therefore he will need to increase his portion.
