Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can i legally lock my wife out of My condominium i fl.I offered to rent an apartment and give her money but she refuses.She is at her sons house for a few days and I dont want her in my house.Can i change the locks or call the police?

No, you can file for a divorce and ask for the condo in the proceeding or within the petition you can state that it is nonmaritial property.
