If I am legally married but ha e mot been with my husband for over 2 years do I still have to give my new baby fathered by another man my husbands last name?

If you are married at the time of the child's birth then your husband is the prsumed legal father and he goes on the birth certificate. You are going to have to retain a lawyer to sorth this out. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
