Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am still legally married but have been living separate from my husband for two years. We have two small children together. Recently, my boyfriend was offered a position where we would have to move out of the city we are living but stay in Florida. Can I legally move with my children?

If there are no present legal proceedings in place re: custody and the children, it shouldn't be a problem.
