Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, My (legally still married) wife has moved out of the house 4.5 yrs. ago,I've been after her to get her forms filled out with no progress.I've had mine filled out for some time.I have bought her half out of the house, and also helped her out at many other times, with a paper trail to prove it.I'm tired of waiting, and would like to know where I stand with all of this? She left me holding the mortgage and bills, and I still been paying her half of your car insurance policy.I would like to know how to file, and have her served in the state of Florida? I do know she only has 20-21 days to react to being served, other wise I believe I get granted the divorce automatically?

File a contested divorce instead of an uncontested or simplified divorce. If you don't know how, you should retain a lawyer or at least get one of those "file your own divorce in Florida" books at the bookstore.
