Your 16-year-old is your responsibility until he or she turns 18. You can file an ejectment against your 16 year old (a lawsuit similar to in eviction), but it's not likely that a judge would grant it. Also, if you removed your 16-year-old from your home, there's a possibility that you could be charged with child abuse or neglect. There many parenting support groups for parents of delinquent teens throughout the state. You may need to find one.
