Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Why, legally, can't I see my son??

My ex. took off to Atlanta, and then some where up North after a scuffle Between him and I. I had only gotten to see my son two times in the last almost two years. There is nothing in the divorce papers that say he can't take him out of state, but I'm suppose to have visitation with him(the norm.,every other weekend, etc.).I would like to know if there is a form I can fill out to start proceedings to at least get my visitation back or get custody of him myself??If you need more info???, you know how to get in touch with me.

I assume that you live in Florida and your ex moved to Atlanta. That being the case it certainly would be difficult to exercise your visitation. Therefore, you should file a Petition to Modify Visitation due to a substantial change in circumstances. At that time you would have a new visitation schedule drafted to accomodate you with visitation and the new location.
