Ex lied to get a Temp restraining order

I was arrest for Misdemenor DV. there is a no contact order. She lied 2 weeks later and had A tro put out. she did this to have the sherriffs remove a shotgun, due to hunting season comming up. How do I procede?

You defend yourself at the tro hearing (as well as the criminal charges). You should seriously consider hiring an attorney for these.
