Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If someone lies in a deposition since they are under oath and there is proof that they lied, what can be done about it? How are there consequences?

Theoretically, they could be charged with perjury, but this never really happens. The actual consequences are that the person is shown to be a liar at trial.
