Fault has no bearing on the divorce, but the court may consider it when determining marital distribution and support.

Florida is a "no fault" divorce state. What that means is that your wife's infidelity has no bearing on a divorce unless you can show that she wasted marital assets on this other party and thus you should receive a greater share when divided between you. If you feel that the marriage is irretrievably broken and cannot be repaired, then you need to file for divorce and move on with your life.
