Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I life in Florida and have two teenage boys I have every other weekend, some holidays and half of the summer. I pay child support regularly for them ($13,000 per year). When I have them for the half of the summer, their mother still gets child support, although I have the added expenses for them during that time. She regularly takes them on trips, weekends at Disney, cruises (without telling me they were leaving the country), buys them all the latest gadgets (iPhones, iPods, PS3s, PSP 3-D, etc, and she recently bought a top of the line Nissan Murano Luxury edition. I make $59,000 per year ($46,000 after child support). She earns around $50K. I can't afford to do any of these things with them since I'm barely making ends meet. A year ago, while stopped and waiting to make a turn,I was rear-ended while waiting to make a turn and my car was totaled. So I now have a car note out of necessity and not because I wanted to.

My question is this. My oldest just turned 18, however, I will still have to pay child support for him since he will not graduate High School on time. She just advised me tonight that he went and got his Driver's License (no one mentioned this in advance). Now, she wants me to put him on my my auto insurance (he doesn't drive my car), help her pay for hers or allow him to use my home address on his license while she lists him as a "Occasional Driver" on her insurance.

If I refuse, will the courts make me add him to my auto insurance policy or pay part of hers when she fought for primary custody and he does not actually live with me?
