Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We already went to litigation. The judge made mistakes and fixed a couple but refuses to fix the others even though they were his fault and motions were filed in a timely manner. Can I request a new judge? After some of the things he wrote in the final judgment I strongly feel he is more discriminative against me because my daughter's father is 23 years older than me.

I do not recommend that. I will cause more delays and likely not help you at all
