Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i live with my aunt but my grandma has custody of me im 16 and im always watching her kids they are 8 yrs., 6 yrs., and 11 months old. i never can get out and i cant go to any friends house because im watching their kids. i belive they are too strict and i feel that im only there to watch them..after school i watch them but even the weekends i cant go anywhere , my uncle says its my duty to watch them.. i know they work hard but i need to be happy too. i talked with my grandma about getting amancipated and she said its a good idea, i am a very good person and i have a place to live. i was courious if i could get amancipated..and what is the process

Assuming you can prove you are already self-supporing by means of your own job and assuming you have your own place to live, and assuming you have permission of both parents (or your legal guardians), you file a petition for emancipation with the court.
