i live in fl and my boyfriend and his ex are divorice he gets the kid every other weekend the mom signed the child up for an activity that is on his weekend w/o asking and says we have to take her to it or pay her back can she do that or does she have to take the child to the activity

Depends on what the papers state. Read the parenting plan and see what he has to do. More than likely he does not have to take the child on his weekend visit. However, does the child want to participate should be your question.
