Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hi i live in FL my ex left the state earlier this year. we have 1 child, he does not exercise his vistation rights and has seen her 23 1/2 hours/4 seperate visits in over 14 months. he moved without advising me. I wish to leave the state as well. am i allowed to legally move with my teenager because he doesnt live here and does not follow visitation or do i need a lawyer or to get court permission or anything like that?

That would depend on whether you have an existing court order relating to the timesharing [visitation]. If you do, you need to file a Notice of Intent to Relocate with the Court.
