Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently live in fl with my two month old baby. I was never married to the father. Also we currently have no court orders for custody and paternity hasnt yet been established. My question is would I be able to leave the state of Florida without his permission?

You are not bound by Florida's anti-relocation law. You are free to move out of state with your child.
