Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I live in Florida. I have a new born (No DNA test as of yet) whome I have not signed the birth certificate for. She is threatening to hit me with child support and then move to Puerto Rico so I cannot see the child as punishment for not wanting to marry or pursue a relationship with her. I am a full time college student an can not afford to pay for child support and flightd to P.R. Any ideas?

If it is your child, you are responsible for support. Whether she can move top PR will be up to the court and depends in part on whether you want visitation. It is not easy to remove a child from the state to prevent visitation.
Establishing paternity may actually help you in that it may prevent her from moving your child to P.R. Florida law forbids parents from moving children more than 50 miles without permission of the other parent or a judge, and judges rarely give permission.
