Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i live in florida. i built my home in 1994, my current spouse is not on the title. in 2008 we took a mortgage against the home to settle an irs debt. due to florida law, her name is jointly on the mortgage. we have been married 11 years. if we divorce, does she have rights to the house. even though it was in my posession and my name is the only one on the title?

Yes she has rights - 11 years worth of rights. This is an equitable distribution state - what she or you have put in duirng the 11 years of marriage will be the equitable portion to be determined.
