Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida and just had a contempt of court hearing where i have to pay $2000 a month for the next three months. I don't even have the assets to sell to get it and they know this. I have a motion yo modify drawn up but what else should i do? Its pay or go to jail for 6 months and i have another child to take care of.

You must make motion to vacate and prove to judge you cannot pay and are not intentionally not paying. Judge must think differently.
