Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I live in Florida, my daughter lives in Haiti , my son-in-law lives in Florida and my grandson was given to me by my daughter and son in law to live with me and I was given guardianship from both at full power. This was a signed notarized letter with their passport and Florida ID also copied and notarized. My daughter asked for my grandson to come to Haiti and spend summer with her, my grandson did not want to go but I asked him to. Now my daughter and her boyfriend has decided to keep my grandson there and he doesn't want to stay. Does the parent living in the area that the guardianship was given overrules the parent that is abroad?

As a grandparent you have zero rights. Your son could try to file a case for custody here in FL but you have to act asap.
Unless your guardianship was court ordered, no. The father is the proper party to seek his return.
Unless there is a court order in place, the natural parent (either one) always trumps either grandparent.
