Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida and I just ended my relationship with my fianc� . I flip houses for a living and I flipped one to my fianc� which we both lived in and share the bills . I bought the house for 75,000 and sold it to her for 92,000 . I invested the $19,000 profit along with approximately 15000I invested the $19,000 profit along with approximately $15000 in labor to remodel it. Am I entitled to recover my investment?
