I live in florida and i gave up my alimony because my exhusband was stalking me and I was afraid he would kill me can i ask for it now

Depends on what you mean about giving up your alimony. Do you file a record to that effect or just moved and have not received the funds. If you just moved and have not received the funds, then yes I would suggest you hire an attonrey and enforce the judgment and get the funds owed.
