Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I currently live in Florida and my husband lives in Georgia. I have had our children with me for the last 3.5 yrs. I would like to relocate to Maryland with the children. Will he be able to prevent me from doing so if nothing has ever been submitted to court regarding divorce or custody?

You will need court permission to relocate. Retain counsel to do it right the first time.

If you are married you have to get his written consent or a court order prior to moving.
