You need to file for divorce and retain counsel. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
If he in-fact has filed for divorce, custody and and all related issues should be addressed in that case. If he hasn't filed, assuming the marriage is over, file for divorce.
If you opt to proceed without the assistance of counsel, be aware that you will not be entitled to a do over if things go badly.

You need to sit with an attorney. There are many issues that you need to be prepared for.
Dependency may be an issue with DCF if they feel the children are being abused or neglected.
You may also have issues with a Parenting Plan and Time Sharing in your divorce (your ability to spend time with your children) because of the allegations against you regarding your mental health and alleged physical abuse. These allegations must be properly defended against for you to retain your rights to your children.
Contact an attorney for a consultation. Take all documents pertaining to any ongoing DCF investigations and all documents in your possession pertaining to the divorce.
