Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I live in Florida. Can I legitmize my child in Ga without actually going to GA. And could my wife do it for me with an power of attorney if I'm deployed overseas?

What do you mean by "legitimize"? In Florida, the usual way to legitimize a child is to marry the mother, but you'd have to ask a Georgia lawyer to know how it's done there.
