Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If I live in Florida how can I make a pre nump that will stand up in court. I know Florida does not recognize pre nump agreements and a lot get thrown out of court at time of divorce. Also want this to stand up in every court in case I get married or divorced in another state.

You are mistaken. When properly drawn and executed, they are enforced.
Prenuptial agreements are enforceable if done voluntarily and with full disclosure among other requirements. Consult with a family law attorney
Someone has advised you incorrectly. Florida is one of the better states for recognizing prenup s, and they are rarely thrown out in a Florida divorce. Your best bet is to make sure both sides have lawyers and that the prenup is signed well in advance of the marriage ceremony. I can't advise on what to do if you get divorced in other states, though.
pre-nuptial agreements are recognized in FL.
