Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in florida with my 9 months old daughter. i am not married. can i move back to Mass? the father lives in FL and has shared custody of his 4 yr old son so he cannot move with us. my family is in mass an i have a job waiting for me.

You should obtain court permission to relocate.

If you have established a court order for child support and visitation, then you will need a court order to relocate.
