Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida, If I have moved in with my boyfriend and am paying the utilities and household supplies should I sign an agreement. My boyfriend seems to think I am trying to take everything he's worked so hard for and I don't want anything. he's asked me to draw up papers stating to the fact I want nothing. He has agreed to give me a car as he convinced me to sale my vehicle.

Also should I protect myself, he's instructed that I need to get a PO Box in order to keep it from looking as if I live at his home and in fact I do live have for 7 months now.
