I live in Florida and I am moving to north Carolina with my two kids, I was never married and I don't get child support and the father is a registered sex offender , can I get arrested?

The proper method is to seek Florida Court permission to relocate. Otherwise he can allege kidnapping.

Whether he pays child support, or is a registered sex offender is of no consequence. He's the dad, he has rights. You must ask the court for permission to move your kids.

You have to get permission from the court to move out of state.

Look at Florid statute chapter 61 under relocation. You cannot get arrested but may lose custody of the children. Get the Courts approval before you move.
