Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida and pay child support to my ex-wife in Ohio for my son (now 17). I received news yesterday that he has gotten some girl pregnant. I could see this coming for the last few years because of the way his mother was raising him yet, I had no authority to bring him back to Florida and could not afford a multi-state custody fight...

His mother supports what he has done yet I know it will be a hardship on him now and into the future and am 1000% against it.

What I want to know (seeing his mother wants to keep getting money from me)... Can I ask for him to be emancipated and there for giving me the leverage of taking away his mother's child support in hopes that she will not allow this behavior to stand? I am pretty sure that if she knew she would stop getting support from me, she would not support his behavior...

I know it sounds bad but this woman is more concerned with money coming from me than hurting my sons future...

Sounds to me you are the bad one. Your son is still going to school, still living under the roof of his mother. If anyone wants to be emancipated it would be the pg girlfriend.
