Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida and my question is: Does my husband have a legal responsibility to assist with paying our bills?

Here are our circumstances; I am presently working part time at his request. He works overseas with our US Dept of Defense earning a very high salary upwards of 100k tax free. I rarely hear from him and haven't heard from him in over a week now. I am not on his bank account and the majority of our bills are in both of our names.

I am drowning in debt and aside from the heart ache I am desperate to know the answer to this question. Thank you for any assistance you can offer.

Yes. A court support proceeding is the remedy.

Absolutely - what are you waiting for. File with the court to get support from him.
