Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida , when my son was 4months I placed a restraining order against his father they granted it for 10 years for my son and I. Can I take him off of his birth certificate and change his last name back to mine?

Doesn't say that you have terminated the father's rights. You will need to do that. I suspect he is paying child support.
