Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Florida. I am the victim of domestic violence and finally got out of the situation. I filed for divorce in the beginning of November 2014 and it is still not complete. My husbands things are still at my residence. My question is, how long must I, per Florida statutes, keep his things before I can get rid of them?

Put the stuff in storage and pay for the storage for 60 days. Give the Husband notice that it is there and that he has 60 days otherwise the storage unit will want mote money.
