Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Hillsborough county Florida. I have been married only 3 years. We have a two year old together. I have an idea of child support payments based on online calculators, however I am amiss on how our house would be divided. I stopped working at 40 years of age when I had my son. And also sold my house that was entirely in my name. I used the sale of it as down payment on our new home. About 30K......I sold for 120kin Pinellas and we bought a year ago for 150 in Hillsborough. I am on the deed but stopped working when my son was born. Sounds like a nice life but my husband is a severe alcoholic with any free time that comes his way and I am seeing this lifestyle for us short lived. If I walked out how would the house be divided so I know what financial resources I have for my son and I to start a new a life? I am mostly asking in this case how the house would be divided in divorce.
