I live in jacksonville florida and want to know if i can legally tell my husband to leave our appartment because he will not get a job and go to work, i am tired of supporting him.

No, your husband as a legal right to live in the apartment especially since both of your names are probably on the lease and you are married to him Even if your husband left the apartment you would still be married to him. Since Florida does not recognize legal separation the only true way you can get rid of him is through a divorce action. I suggest you contact a lawyer and discuss your options.

Florida does recognize legal separation (contary to what's been said), but that has nothing to do with your issue. If he isn't on your lease, you can file an action for ejectment to remove him, or you can file for divorce.
