Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Manatee County and take care of my mother and live with her. I wanted to know if it is legal for her to pay me for my services if I am power of attorney. I do not want her whole income. I do have access of her money, but I do not want all of her money. I just need to know if since I am living with her, if it is legal for her to pay me. We draw up a contract that says what I do for her and what she will pay me. Since I do everything for her, she does like to spend some money on me. She is well off, but since my father died, my other siblings are saying she spends too much money on me. I thought that maybe if we could draw up a contract and I get paid a little bit, and when she wants to do something for me, we could use that money. We could draw up a contract and that way it will be all legal and my siblings can't say anything. btw, my siblings do NOTHING for my mother.
