hi i live here in mantee county. an my son will be [18] this month .i want to know what i need to do or how do i go about stopping child support an medical insurance .there is not thing in our divorce papers base on me to pay after he turn 18.but he want finish high school until he is 19.so if you can give some advise

YOu must continue to pay until he graduates at the age of 19. If he does not, you are not obligated to continue unless you ex takes you back to court to finish his education. Florida states that support will be paid until 18 years of age or unless the child will be 19 before graduating.
