Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live with my mother, and she has primary custody. I have chosen not to speak with my father for the past year. Now, I really want to go on a trip for high school in Israel. I know that my dad will not allow me to go on this trip, and want to petition the court and ask for their permission. Can/how do I do this?

If the passport is the problem, your mother (not you) has to file a motion to compel passport signature. If you have a passport, you can probably just go, unless the written agreement between your parents says otherwise, in which case your mother will have to speak with a lawyer.
