Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If we currently live in Orlando Fl and have since the beginning of our marriage, and are now divorcing...how far may I take my children? I would like to move to Tampa Fl where I have family.

Depending if your spouse and you can agree that you can move to Tampa, if agreement can be made then fine. You will also need to file a Notice of Relocation to x address and state your reasons. He then has to file an Objection and the matter can be set on calendar to be heard by the Judge. Usually relocation terms are in the Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) of your divorce. If no MSA as of yet, then that Notice of Relocation needs to be filed at least.
