Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in Orlando, Florida. My husband has a child out of wedlock from a previous relationship. I am pregnant with our 5th child and his ex is currently married with 3 children. One of these kids are my husband's. He is 9 years old. She has never put him on child support since she never really wanted any contact. My husband and I would like to know if we can set up an account for him to provide some sort of support for him since she never put my husband on the birth certificate and every time we try to contact her she refuses or her husband refuses. We can not provide much due to our situation but we can try to do the best we can in good faith.

If this is any help these are the financial of the situation.

My husband makes approximately $1200 a month.

My husband is undocumented and I am a US citizen.

We are legally married and have 4 children (under 6 years old.)

I am currently due to give birth in November of 2014.

The mother of his son is legally married to a man who is also undocumented.

I am not sure if she works but I am certain he does roofing and is able to at least make $800 min, a month..

They have 2 children in common. They live in Omaha, Nebraska.

I would like to know an approximate number of child support.

I am not sure we can send her to court for joint custody due to the financial hardships that will incur and for that reason I would like to know some info on what I can do.

We have tried our best for almost 2 years after finding her on face book to try to have a relationship with his son but we just keep hitting brick walls.

Please help us. what should I do ? where should I go?

Thanks.

Based on this fact pattern child support would be approx. $150 - $200 per month. Not much money to go around. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659
