Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

'I live in Orlando, Florida. My (mentally unstable) husband of over 2 years and I purchased a condo toghether. I signed a quit claim deed to the condo a couple of months back so the condo is not in my name anymore. He had an episode and left the home last week. Today I answered the door and a woman told me that i had to leave the condo unit because he quit claimed the condo and put it in her name. I was so mortified! Neither one of us has even filed for divorce. Is this condo now hers? Can he do this? Do I have any rights to the condo or am I going to be out on the street with my kids. (Kids, from my first marriage.) '.

If he is incapacitated and you have proof from a physician that he is = then no. However, you signed your rights to the condo to someone else - so I am not sure what rights you have to the condo. Need more infor about your situation.
